Moving Ideas specialises in advertising on fixed and mobile displays. The company was looking for a partner that could produce custom LED screens, which led to this fun partnership. We developed fifteen 8 m² LED screens on a custom chassis for their end customer Brico Plan-it. The base is perfectly compatible with the chassis of a Mercedes Sprinter. Moving Ideas launched a campaign for Brico Plan-it whereby every shop in Belgium will get a screen that can be parked in front of the shop entrance on most days but can also be driven through the city’s streets on the weekend.
When the screen is installed at the shop entrance, the frame is covered with panels to conceal the legs and the mechanical components. The LED screens are controlled using a 4G SIM card that retrieves the content from the playlists in our software module. The perfect solution to remotely control the content of every screen! We are currently working on the development of a battery system to ensure that the screens are not reliant on a polluting generator. The battery will be mounted on the same vehicle to ensure that the screens can be battery-operated for 8 to 10 hours.
